    That looks great Rob, but what we need now is a mechansim to connect the nodding heads to the operating levers on adjacent goats to implement real world applications …………………

      That would be fun! You could connect a whole load of logic goats to make a computer. Herd computing instead of cloud computing.

        I do like the idea of herd computing, I wonder what the simplest possible device would take ?

    Had to write to congratulate

    Had to write to congratulate you on an ingenious mechanism.  The use of a twist and pivot, how long did it take to come up with that?   Had to subscribe just to get this model and try it out.  well done.

      Thanks! I’ve been mulling over the xor-goat mechanism for a while but made no progress. It finally clicked whilst at the cinema watching New Moon with my True Love. I used a bottle top and a bit of card from a maltesers box to mock up the mechanism.

      Two hours well spent.

    hi rob…the colors moved…the mechanism hinged…the action made me hold my breath…probably played this thru 9 times…sent to friends so they could also be amazed…think i will send them all subscription notices and an xacto knife to be ready…..
