Santa Table Model

Fri, 19 Nov 2010

The early stages of a simple Christmas model. Lift the outer tube and the M&Ms tumble lavishly across the table.

When I lifted the outer tube on the original prototype the sides sucked in making it difficult to move. The small hole at the top outer tube sorts that out!

I'll be completing the project by wrapping a Santa around the core.

Should make a rather nice table decoration!

That problem had crossed my mind. I think that when you try the finished thing you'll agree that it looks like a shower of candy appearing as if from nowhere in a little drift around his feet rather than an unfortunate accident caused by over indulgence in the festive season. Hopefully.
