This mechanism is to be part of the forthcoming Beneath the Beacon trial in Penrith UK.
Each time the character lifts her box she will, as if by magic, reveal a different item from her collection. The lever on the left of the mechanism raises the box up and down. While the box is down the next item is rotated into position using a Geneva drive.
