A video clip with an Orca and trainer at the dolphinarium has inspired me to build this model.

The drive module is base on the model of the “Zoetrope” or “Turning turtle”. The Orca model and the trainer (woman) I found as a free download on the Internet. (Look at the description of the video clip).

The Orca has a square tube as plug. The trainer, built in scale 1:4, was modified and fitted with a pendulum.

Congratulations, Michael! It's a lovely model, indeed. The extension of Rob Ives' mechanism is really well reinvented here. I wish you both keep on inventing and reinventing such lovely models.
