Oh no! Valentine's day coming up fast! I forgot all about it!

Any ideas for something quick anyone?
If I don't get a model up in time, there is always the heart flower model or if you're after something a little more salacious there are the models on CardBawdy.com [3]  (don't look if you are easily offended!)
