The straw that broke the camel's back. Another email this morning chasing up a non-delivered CD. That makes it just short of 20% of the CDs that I've posted out that haven't arrived. My full and hearty apologies to everyone who hasn't received their order. If you haven't received yours let me know by email and I'll sort it out for you.
From now on I've withdrawn the CD and will be replacing it with downloadable archive.
I've kept the ability to order in both $US and £UK as well as keeping the discount for members. Order the downloadable archive, every single download, every ebook, every zine, every collection. Dozens and dozens and dozens of downloads for only £29.95 / $44.95!

When I ordered one of your hand-folded mini-zines back in January, it was almost eight weeks before the good ol' USPS delivered it to me, even though it was postmarked way back when ordered. Just a data point -- the postal delivery times can be crazy variable. That said, I love downloadable stuff too!
I sent a zine to #1 Daughter and that took almost two months to arrive even though she is in the UK! - RI

Between the Homeland Security folks in the US and the Border Force in the UK, I am sure all our mail is poked, prodded, opened, scanned and any other thing I can think of.
And the postal authorities wonder why the use of their services is declining??
Downloads rock!

Sorry that this has taken a toll, Rob. I bet the frustration level is pretty high right now.
Thanks for your support Betsy, I must admit I am a bit fed up with it all! - RI

Bummer about the lost orders...I ordered a CD at the end of April. Do you have an ETA for arrival? 6 weeks would be about mid June. I could have downloaded the file via dial-up in that amount of time! ;-)
Gwenz, I've added ricomplete to your download, it should be there if you check your My Files tab - RI
