Don't be too hopeful. Neither Manchester nor the UK in general is littered with paper model outlets.
A good visit may be The Lowry at Salford Quays.

A year or so ago I did a large bunch of pop up cards for them, depicting various Lowry paintings......The Man on the Wall, The Fight, Coming Home from the Mill. They haven't reordered, so they may have a few left........
