I will be in Manchester at the end of this month and was wondering if anyone can suggest any store that may have papercraft?

Don't be too hopeful. Neither Manchester nor the UK in general is littered with paper model outlets.

A good visit may be The Lowry at Salford Quays.

A year or so ago I did a large bunch of pop up cards for them, depicting various Lowry paintings......The Man on the Wall, The Fight, Coming Home from the Mill. They haven't reordered, so they may have a few left........
